At Sea

The right ship changes everything

Why a Ship

Everything your program needs is already sailing with you

As a planner, you're tasked with staying on top of vendors, budgets, logistics, and ensuring your people show up engaged, often all at once. A ship is built to take care of all four before your group boards.

Operational Simplicity. Corporate events often require separate contracts for catering, AV, decor and entertainment across multiple companies. Ships function as self-sufficient venues designed to be operationally efficient. One crew handles every aspect of your program, so there’s no need to coordinate between several vendors.

Destination Variety. Your group can experience multiple destinations within a single trip, different ports, new cultures, and varying backdrops, without additional transfers or repacked bags.

Cost Predictability. There are no F&B minimums and AV equipment comes with no charge. Some cruise lines require their own technicians, which come with a minimal fee, but you're never charged to rent the equipment itself.

Attendee Engagement. When your attendees are together on a ship for several days without outside distractions, engagement increases significantly.

Charter vs. Group Space

Two ways to make a ship yours

There are two ways to book a ship for your program, group space or a full charter. Branding, operational control, and itineraries work differently depending on which you choose.

Option A

Group Space

A block of cabins on a sailing that also carries other guests, following the ship’s existing itinerary. You can grow and shrink your program as needed. Exclusivity here isn’t about owning the whole ship, it’s about owning key moments. Private venue buyouts, group excursions, receptions, and small touches like branded keycards or signage help your group recognize each other and feel connected.

  • · Flexible group size
  • · Built-in entertainment
  • · No onboard revenue requirement
Option B

Full-Ship Charter

With a charter, the ship becomes yours to shape, down to the smallest detail. Branding can extend across the entire vessel, from logos at the bottom of a pool to a Formula 1 car airlifted onto the sundeck. Itineraries can be built around your program, an overnight at the embarkation port turns the ship into your group’s hotel before the sailing. When clients bring in their own musicians and performers, the night belongs to your event.

  • · Ship-wide branding
  • · Custom itinerary
  • · Operational control
