Regent Seven Seas charters and luxury incentive programs

Flights, excursions, dining and drinks all in the fare, every guest in a suite, and a program cost you can fix before anyone boards.

The short version

Everything included means everything known

Regent Seven Seas is the most genuinely all-inclusive line at sea, and for a corporate program that single fact does an enormous amount of work.

Flights, transfers, every restaurant, every drink, shore excursions in every port, gratuities and wifi are all in the fare. Your qualifiers arrive and never take out a wallet, and you know the cost of the program before anybody boards. On an incentive where the whole point is that the winners feel looked after, removing every transaction from the week is a powerful thing.

The ships are small and every accommodation is a suite, most with a private balcony. See the at-sea overview for the rest of the brands we represent.

What your attendees will be talking about

An all-suite ship, with space to match

Every guest is in a suite, and the suites are generously sized by any standard — walk-in wardrobes, marble bathrooms, and private balconies on nearly all of them. Your attendees are not being ranked by category in a way anyone can see from the corridor, which quietly removes a problem incentive planners know well.

Included shore excursions in every port

Regent includes excursions everywhere the ship calls, and there is real choice in the programme. For you that means no per-person excursion budget to build and no attendees deciding to skip a day because of cost. Everyone goes, and the group stays together.

Dining across several restaurants, all included

A French venue, a steakhouse, a pan-Asian room and an elegant main dining room, with no surcharges anywhere. The wine and spirits are included too, and poured without anyone counting. Private dining for the group is straightforward to arrange.

A crew ratio you can feel

These ships carry nearly as many crew as guests, and the service is calm, personal and unhurried. By day two the staff know your people. For a program built on making qualifiers feel genuinely valued, that is the whole product.

A full charter within reach

Because the ships are small, taking one entirely is realistic for a program of a few hundred. Complete exclusivity, an all-inclusive fare and a fixed program cost is an unusually clean package to present to a finance team.

Where they sail

The Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Alaska and the world

Regent sails the Mediterranean and Northern Europe from spring through autumn out of Barcelona, Rome, Venice, Lisbon, Copenhagen and Southampton, the Caribbean and Panama Canal through the winter from Miami, and maintains deployment across Alaska, Asia, Australia, South America, Africa and an annual world cruise.

The small ships reach ports the large vessels cannot, and the itineraries lean towards longer stays. Tell us where your people are and what you want them to see, and we will tell you what is available.

Working together

How we make Regent work for your program

Buy the Sea has been placing corporate groups and full ship charters with Regent for many years. We know the fleet, we know the people, and we know what to ask for and when to ask for it so that your program gets the ship, the suites and the dates it needs. That is the part we handle.

Bring us a headcount, a budget and a range of dates. We will come back with real options across the Regent fleet — and across every other line, because we represent all of them and we are paid by the cruise line, never by you. There is no fee, no markup and no obligation. Here is why that matters.

Questions planners ask

Regent, answered

Is the included airfare useful for a group?

It can be very useful, and it can also be worth trading out for a custom air arrangement depending on where your attendees are flying from. We will model both and show you which works better for your program.

How far ahead should we book?

For a group block, twelve to eighteen months is comfortable. For a full charter, plan on eighteen to twenty-four months — the fleet is small and the good dates move early.

What does Buy the Sea charge?

Nothing. We are compensated by the cruise line, never by you. More in the FAQ.
