Once on board she was the shining star in the crown, attending to our needs with the ship and attending the crew updates on our behalf on a daily basis as if it was no big deal. The showstopper for us was the last day; 15 minutes before we disembarked the ship for the last time, she handed over the entire on-board spend accounts reconciled to the last cent — unbelievable!
