Carnival Cruise Line corporate groups and charters

Homeports across the country, a genuinely great week for every attendee, and a budget that lets you reward more of your people.

The short version

The most attendees you can reward for the money

Carnival carries more guests than any line in the world, and it does it by being genuinely good at the thing it set out to do: making a week at sea feel like a party.

For a corporate program working to a real per-person number, that matters enormously. Carnival lets you take more of your people, from more of your offices, and still put them somewhere they will be glad they went. Broad recognition programs, channel and dealer incentives, and full-company celebrations are where this line does its best work.

The fleet sails from more US homeports than anyone else, which means most of your attendees can drive rather than fly. On a large program that single fact can reshape the entire budget. See the at-sea overview for the rest of the brands we represent.

What your attendees will be talking about

Carnival Celebration in Funchal
01 — Energy from the moment

Energy from the moment they walk aboard

Carnival has built its reputation on atmosphere — live music across multiple venues, deck parties, comedy clubs running several shows a night, and a crew that is very good at getting a room going. Your attendees do not need an itinerary to have a good time, which takes a great deal of pressure off your program.

02 — Food that punches well

Food that punches well above the price

The dining program is a genuine strength — steakhouses, Italian, sushi, barbecue, a serious burger and taco operation, and a long-running celebrity chef partnership whose restaurants and menus appear across the fleet. Much of it is included, which keeps costs predictable for you and removes friction for your guests.

Top-deck attractions for a broad audience

Ropes courses, water parks, the first roller coaster at sea on the newest ships, mini golf and a great deal of open deck. For a program with a wide mix of ages and interests, there is something here for everyone without you having to organise any of it.

Private destinations in the Bahamas and the Caribbean

Carnival’s private beach destinations give you a full day of sun, sand, food and watersports with the logistics already handled — an easy, high-impact day that requires almost nothing from you.

A reward that reaches further down the org chart

The real advantage of Carnival on an incentive program is reach. The same budget that sends fifty people somewhere premium can send several hundred here, and the people who qualify still come home talking about it.

Where they sail

More homeports than any line at sea

Carnival sails the Caribbean, the Bahamas and Mexico year round from Miami, Port Canaveral, Galveston, New Orleans, Tampa, Charleston, Baltimore, Norfolk, Long Beach and more. Alaska operates from Seattle and Vancouver in summer, and there is seasonal deployment to Europe, Hawaii and the Pacific.

That homeport spread is the quiet advantage. For a national program, a large share of your attendees can reach the ship by car, which cuts air costs, removes flight risk and makes the whole program easier to run. Tell us where your people are and we will find the sailing that works.

Working together

How we make Carnival work for your program

Buy the Sea has been placing corporate groups and full ship charters with Carnival for twenty-six years. We know the fleet, we know the people, and we know what to ask for and when to ask for it so that your program gets the ship, the spaces and the dates it needs. That is the part we handle.

Bring us a headcount, a budget and a range of dates. We will come back with real options across the Carnival fleet — and across every other line, because we represent all of them and we are paid by the cruise line, never by you. There is no fee, no markup and no obligation. Here is why that matters.

Questions planners ask

Carnival, answered

How far ahead should we book?

For a group block, nine to fifteen months gives you the best choice of ships and dates. For a full charter, plan on eighteen to twenty-four months. If your timeline is tighter, talk to us anyway — we have made shorter runways work many times.

Can we get exclusive use of venues?

Yes. Private buyouts of restaurants, lounges, theatres and deck spaces are all possible, and we write them into the contract rather than leaving them to be requested onboard.

What does this cost to arrange?

Nothing. Buy the Sea is paid by the cruise line, not by you. More in the FAQ.
