Celebrity Cruises corporate charters and group programs

Design-led ships, a culinary program people talk about for months, and a private suite enclave for the people you most want to look after.

The short version

Design-led ships that feel a tier above

Celebrity occupies one of the most attractive positions at sea for incentive travel: the ships look and feel like a luxury brand, and guests notice it the moment they walk aboard.

The newest ships were shaped by architects and designers rather than by convention, and it shows in the public rooms, the lighting, the materials and the art. The culinary program is genuinely strong across the fleet, with restaurants built around real chefs and menus that change the character of the evening. For a president’s club or a sales incentive where the trip itself is the reward, perception is the product, and Celebrity delivers it.

There is also a private suite enclave with its own restaurant, lounge and sundeck — a natural, elegant way to recognise your top qualifiers or host your executive team within a larger program. See the at-sea overview for the rest of the brands we represent.

What your attendees will be talking about

Rooms that turn a reception into an event

Celebrity’s signature venues are the reason planners keep coming back. A multi-level space wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass that shifts character from morning to midnight. A cantilevered platform that moves along the side of the ship and photographs better than anything else at sea. A rooftop garden that works as an open-air reception without feeling like a pool deck. Your attendees will be taking pictures before the first drink is poured.

Dining is a genuine strength here — modern tasting menus, steak, seafood, Mediterranean, Japanese, and a lounge program that takes cocktails seriously. Menus are built by chefs the line has real relationships with, and the standard in the main dining rooms holds up night after night. A private dinner in one of these venues becomes the evening everyone remembers.

The suite enclave is effectively a boutique hotel inside a larger one, with a private restaurant, a private lounge and its own sundeck. It is an elegant way to give your top performers something visibly special while keeping the whole group together on the same ship, on the same days.

Wellness, spa and quiet corners

There is a serious spa and thermal suite on every ship, adults-only solarium spaces under glass, and plenty of room to disappear with a book. Programs that run hard during the day appreciate having somewhere genuinely restful to send people afterwards.

The Galápagos, for the program that has done everything else

Celebrity operates purpose-built ships in the Galápagos carrying around one hundred guests and fewer. For a board retreat or a top-tier executive award, it is a once-in-a-lifetime destination with naturalists aboard and wildlife that is genuinely unlike anywhere else on earth. Very few lines offer anything comparable.

Where they sail

The Caribbean, Europe, Alaska and beyond

Celebrity sails the Caribbean year round from Fort Lauderdale and Miami, with the newest ships concentrated there through the winter. Europe runs from spring into autumn — the Mediterranean out of Barcelona, Rome and Athens, and Northern Europe out of Amsterdam and Southampton. Alaska operates from Seattle and Vancouver each summer, and the Galápagos ships sail year round from Ecuador.

Wherever your attendees are flying from, there is almost always a sailing that makes the travel straightforward — and a few that make the journey itself part of the reward. Tell us where your people are and we will tell you what is available.

Working together

How we make Celebrity work for your program

Buy the Sea has been placing corporate groups and full ship charters with Celebrity for twenty-six years. We know the fleet, we know the people, and we know what to ask for and when to ask for it so that your program gets the ships, the spaces and the dates it needs. That is the part we handle.

Bring us a headcount, a budget and a range of dates. We will come back with real options across the Celebrity fleet — and across every other line, because we represent all of them and we are paid by the cruise line, never by you. There is no fee, no markup and no obligation. Here is why that matters.

Questions planners ask

Celebrity, answered

Can we brand the ship?

Within reason, and far more of it than most planners expect — signage, screens, key cards, venue naming and private events are all on the table. What is possible comes together at negotiation, and we will walk you through it.

Can you charter an entire Celebrity ship?

Yes, across the fleet, and we have chartered everything from the smallest ships to the largest. Some clients take a full charter even when their group does not fill the ship, simply because they want the space to themselves. Tell us what your program looks like and we will price it.

What does it cost to work with Buy the Sea?

Nothing. We are compensated by the cruise line, never by you. Twenty-six years of doing it this way is covered in why Buy the Sea.
